Warm Vinyasa Basics is open to all levels of practitioners, but beginners will really love this class.  The focus is on the elemental building blocks of the yoga practice: modifications, use of props, learning breathing techniques, bhanda, as well as learning to be present in your practice.  (Don't know what a "bhanda" is? Don't worry you'll learn!)

If you have been thinking of trying hot yoga, this is the class for you. It's warm, not hot and we concentrate on learning...not performing! You will leave sweaty and feel accomplished!

HOT 26 YOGA - JUNIPER YOGA & FITNESS, MONTCLAIR

HOT 26

Hot 26 is  the original hot yoga beginner’s yoga series practiced by people of all shapes, sizes, ages, and health conditions. It is a challenging 90-minute beginning hatha yoga class designed to systematically work the entire body, creating optimum health and maximum function. The 26-posture sequence is performed in a room heated to 105 degrees to accelerate the rate of change within the body and allow the body to safely stretch, detoxify and cleanse. No special equipment, props or clothing are required.

This 26 posture series is a powerful healing series which demonstrates yoga’s ability to regenerate tissues and cure chronic ailments.
