Warm Vinyasa Basics is open to all levels of practitioners, but beginners will really love this class. The focus is on the elemental building blocks of the yoga practice: modifications, use of props, learning breathing techniques, bhandas, as well as learning to be present in your practice. (Don't know what a "bhanda" is? Don't worry you'll learn!)
If you have been thinking of trying hot yoga, this is the class for you. It's warm, not hot and we concentrate on learning...not performing! You will leave sweaty and feeling accomplished!
