WARM ALIGNED YOGA
This class is designed to cultivate and improve your source of core power and strength. During each class you will focus on developing a strong and clear practice of anchoring to foundation to find a rooted place between steadiness and ease, contraction and expansion. You will also learn to engage and integrate the key muscles of support that take you more deeply into each pose; skillfully connect to the constant state of support in your life both on and off the mat.
