WARM YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a Power Vinyasa (yang) yoga practice and a retreat from your busy life. Fewer poses, longer holds, less standing asanas, more floor time, and, of course, breath and meditation. Yin yoga targets the dense connective tissues of the body, lengthening the tightest muscles; think hips, pelvis, and lower back. This deep practice is gentle, yet intense, helping all levels of students to release tension and detoxify their mind and body as they increase their ability to stay present physically and mentally in long-duration asanas. The room is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees. Open to all levels.
