YIN YANG YOGA
Our bodies are both yin and yang. Our yoga practice can be too. The hot powerful sweaty style of Powerflow Hot Vinyasa has a cool counterpart called Yin yoga. While yang yoga activates the muscles during class, yin yoga releases the deep layers of connective tissues, including joints and fascia for a complete mastery of movement practice.
The 90-minute class consists of 30 minutes of yin yoga asanas, 50 minutes of vinyasa (yang) yoga and 10 minutes of a delicious yoga nidra.
Equalling 90 minutes of pure yogic bliss!!
