SUBBING Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to a more vigorous, powerful fitness routine. For those who need a mini-retreat but can’t quite get away, yin yoga helps students clear away mental fog. You can expect fewer poses with longer holds, more floor postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This practice is focused on releasing deeply held tension in some of the body’s tightest areas: the lower back, hips and legs. You’ll challenge your ability to stay present and detached as the intensity of each posture continually builds. Class is open to all levels as most of the practice is done on the floor.
