YIN YOGA

Sometimes called the quiet practice, Yin focuses on the connective tissues, joints and fascia allowing for release and flexibility in the body mind and soul.. We practice non balancing poses on the floor while holding the poses for 3-5 minutes. It’s a moving meditation.
